She was predeceased by her son, Jonathan and her parents.Ī celebration of Tammy's life will be held 4 p.m. Tammy is survived by her beloved husband, Bunky her daughter, Chelsea McCurdy and husband, Matthew grandchildren, Grayson and Mia her siblings, Cindy Thurston and husband, Dylan Anderson, of Bar Harbor and children, Bradley, Morgan and Sophia a brother, Marc Lavasseur of Florida, and children Kyle, Abbie and Emily mother-in-law, Dorothy Dow of Tremont and many cousins. She was one of the first faces you would see at sporting events. Tammy found joy working with the public and helping people in need. She was looking forward to early retirement and more time with her beautiful grandchildren. She loved following the High School sports teams when her children participated. She was so happy travelling, camping, and going on adventures with Bunky. Tammy loved to spend time with her family and cherished her children and grandchildren. Tammy started at the Jackson Laboratory and dedicated 28 years helping employees maneuver the Benefits Program, then moved to MDI Hospital where she has been working for 6 years. They then moved to Trenton and started the process of building a life around their children. They were thrilled to welcome their son, Jonathan, and daughter, Chelsea. Together they bought their first home in Ellsworth and started their family. While there she met the love of her life, Bunky Dow, a partner and soulmate for over 40 years. Tammy graduated from Lewiston High School, following graduation she attended Husson College and graduated with a bachelor's degree in business education. She was born March 20, 1962, in Lewiston the daughter of O'Neil A. Dow, 59, unexpectedly died on January 28, 2022, in an automobile accident. Renee is survived by her parents, Leon Lee Lich. Renee will be missed and forever loved by many. He went on to UNH where he received his BS in Forestry. Lichterman, 37, died Jat Cary Medical Center following a battle with a long illness. When she married Frank Wood of Waterville, she then took a job in Augusta as a Contract Grant Specialist at the Maine Dept. She then became a Contract Grant Specialist for S.C.H.
